The Cow of Queens

coming of age-buddy comedy-road movie mash-up

A father-daughter duo embarks on one last adventure to save a cow that has broken loose from a local slaughterhouse: running free on the streets of Queens. Chasing an impossible dream like Don Quixote and Sancho Panza, their urban odyssey unfolds like a joy-ride in the city they love and it’s nearly impossible not to root for them - unless you’re the Butcher, who needs his cow back. The real villain of the story is the father’s cancer, which promises to separate this inseparable duo.
