I founded and managed a popular theatre company for children.  As manager of the program I was responsible for artistic direction, choreography, teaching acting and dance, financial management, publicity, set, costume, puppet and sound design.  I supervised a staff of three.

Program Leader
I facilitated acting, dance and playwriting workshops for women imprisoned in the Rhode Island Adult Correctional Institution.  I recruited, trained, and supervised volunteers, produced an anthology of prison writings, conducted fundraising events and evaluated programs.
